NestEgg Services Ltd (Company No. 14027847, trading as “NestEggSavings.co.uk”) operates as a savings marketplace and facilitator. We provide customers with access to savings accounts offered by hird-party financial institutions. While you may open and manage your savings account through the NestEgg platform, we do not hold deposits ourselves. All deposits are placed directly with the relevant bank, building society, or financial provider.
All savings accounts made available via NestEgg are provided by financial institutions authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and regulated by both the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Eligible deposits are protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to the statutory limit (currently £85,000 per person, per authorised institution). FSCS protection applies because your deposits are held with the underlying financial institution, not with NestEgg.
We act as a data controller in relation to the personal data we process.
NestEgg Services Ltd is not itself authorised or regulated by the FCA because we do not accept or hold client deposits, nor do we provide regulated financial advice. Our role is to introduce you to FCA-authorised deposit-taking institutions and to provide the technology that enables you to access, view, and manage accounts. As such, we do not require authorisation to carry out our marketplace services.
All product information displayed on the NestEgg platform, including interest rates and eligibility criteria, is provided by the relevant third-party institutions. We make every effort to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee availability or that the details will not change.
